It has been a great relief to us to know that someone responsible has been attending him on a regular basis, and particularly over the last bank holiday weekend when he needed 24 hour supervision. Danuta was a kind and compassionate carer to him for several days and he was also particularly fond of Evelina who had established a good routine for him.

As an 89 year old, Jean has recovered in quite remarkably quick fashion. This, without a shadow of a doubt in my mind, is due entirely to the dedication and skill of the staff that you provided. I would like to single out Mary for special praise for she was at the time helpful, cheerful and efficient. I learnt a great deal from her.
