As you are aware my wife J died recently. Religion has always been short in my life but somehow I feel that it was God (via you Agi!) who sent us two of the best and highest quality carers I have ever know to look after J.
Their names are Emil and Mirka, and may I respectfully suggest that their professionalism, dedication, genuine love and care for J is a shining example of what a carer should be.
Cleeve Link in my opinion have secured two of the best and it would be sheer folly to let anyone else have their services, they are gold dust, and I do trust their worthiness is recognised.
Your own determination and continued support for my wife is very much appreciated.

“Dear Cleeve Link,
We were friends of R who, sadly, has just died at his home in Tewkesbury. During his last few weeks he has been looked after by your care worker Kryzstof.
We visited R several times during his illness and were most impressed by the dedication that Kryzstof showed to R's well-being. He was always there, looking after R's needs and doing all - and more - that R needed. For example, as R was keen to live life to the full during his remaining time, Kryzstof was frequently taking him here and there in the wheelchair, never complaining. He really ensured that R's last weeks were as fulfilling as they could have been.
Other friends have also remarked to us on Kryzstof's care and dedication. We would like to commend him warmly for all he did for our friend R.

“Dear Agi,
I really want to register with you how pleased I was with how things are going with Mirka and my mother. I was in Cheltenham on Friday and saw for myself how caring she is. She was polite and considerate but insistent that my mother ate her food and took her medication. They have a really good relationship and there were some humorous exchanges between them. Particularly, thought her intimate contact with my mother’s hair and her face cream at the end of lunchtime were really touching.

Further to my brother’s phone calls to you on 8th May, this letter is to confirm that our father moved into full time residential care at QH on 11th May 2012. All indications are that he is settling in well and so I would be grateful, therefore, if you can arrange to send me what will now be the final invoice up to and including that time.
May I take this opportunity to ask you to thank your team for their wonderful support over these last few months which has helped Dad stay in his own home as long as possible. We could not have managed without them. I would, in particular, like to pay tribute to Zuzana for her exemplary care, kindness and professionalism throughout.

For the past four years she has suffered from dementia but has been able to stay in her own home thanks to the full time care of Michaela (I apologise for having forgotten her surname: her native country is Slovakia). I have been able to see what a wonderful job she has done, both in practical terms and in her evident affection and consideration for M.
