Categories of Care Provided
Cleeve Link Ltd is registered to provide Domiciliary Care by the Commission of Social Care Inspection in the following categories:
- Older Persons
- Dementia Care
- Motor/Sensory Loss
- Personal Care
In addition, we can provide other non-care services as described in the Service User Guide entitled Services Provided.
Terms of Reference
Cleeve Link Ltd provides Domiciliary Care under the Care Standards Act 2000 and more particularly to the National Minimum Standards for Domiciliary Care Agencies with its associated regulations.
A copy of these documents is retained in our Head Office at Cleeve Hill Nursing Home.
If you should need to see these documents, they can be purchased at the Commission of Social Care Inspection. Their contact details may be found in the in the Service User Guide entitled Quality Assurance.
Cleeve Link Ltd is also approved to provide Domiciliary Care services by Gloucestershire County Council Social Services Department.

We provide a flexible approach to caring, providing as much or as little help as the individual Service User requires.
Our intention is that you can enjoy the independence of living in your own home with the reassurance that we can provide the help you need when you actually need it.
In essence, the aims and objectives of the service can be summarised as follows:
- To provide the highest quality comprehensive Domiciliary Care service to all our Service Users
- To allow you to remain living in your own home for as long as it is safe and practical to do so
- To work towards enhancing the quality of your daily live by offering support in the areas that you require

- To endeavour to fully understand our Service Users' needs and enable them to lead a fuller life
