It is our aim to ensure that Cleeve Link Carers are fulfilled in their jobs as we know that happy staff and happy clients go hand in hand. We have staff who have been with us for years and we welcome new members of staff from both the UK and Europe.

Our clients need dedicated, flexible and compassionate Carers to help and care for their needs. You will need the following personal traits and qualifications to join the Cleeve Link team.

• You will need to have a caring nature and the ability to provide emotional support as well as physical help around the house. Your communication skills must be of a high standard.
• We welcome prospective Carers from outside the UK however you must obtain permission to work in the UK if appropriate. You must be at least 23 years of age and a full driving licence would be an advantage.
• Excellent references will be required and a CRB police check will be undertaken.
