We are a friendly and dedicated home care service for elderly clients in Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Oxfordshire and Warwickshire that are able to retain their independence but need some assistance. Our aim is to help you to retain control of your life by providing support in your home via our Care Team.
You can choose the care you need and how often you need it and as your circumstances change, so too can the home care programme. The management and Home Care Team at Cleeve Link will work with you. We are here to help.
To complement our Cleeve Link care in the home service we now offer a comprehensive Telecare service.
Based at Cleeve Hill Nursing Home, Cheltenham, the Brain Injury Unit provides a comprehensive service for adults suffering from acquired brain injury or neurological disorders with an emphasis on rehabilitation where appropriate.
